  • 60-minute sessions serve as a brief overview or orientation to the topic and general suggestions for enhancement.
  • 90-minute sessions provide exposure to the topic, limited content application, and strategies for improvement or alteration.
  • 120-to-180-minute sessions include background on the subject, application exercises to practice concepts, assessing current strengths and areas for improvement, and recommendations for re-imagining toward change/action steps.
